Georgia Toast

     (the perfect feel good nutrient balanced breakfast)

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 tsp vanilla

3 slices Georgia’s Bread for Balance (not end slices)

Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a Teflon skillet on medium high

Dip bread into mixture and cook 15 seconds on each side.

Remove slices and dip in mixture

Repeat cooking and dipping until egg mixture is used.

Butter slices and spread with non sugar topping.

Health note: Eating this for breakfast everyday, will supply

energy without the morning slump and tired feeling. Try it.

You won't want to eat cereal ever again.

  (a refreshing protein fruit drink)

     » 
4 oz. of favorite fruit juice
     » 
4 oz. purified or carbonated water
     » 
4-5 rounded tsp. Body Balance Protein Powder

(a delightful veggie treat...use your choice of veggie juice)

     »  3 oz. cottage cheese
     »  4 oz. carrot juice (or other vegetable juice)
     »  4 rounded tsp. Body Balance Protein Powder

 

Body Balance Protein Delight Dessert
   (Mix or stir together in a small mixing bowl)

     »  1/2 - 1 cup cottage cheese
     »  2-4 tsp. Body Balance Protein Powder
     »  1-2 tsp. flavored protein
     »  1 tbs. Barleans High Lignan Flax Oil
     »  1-4 tsp chopped walnuts
     »  several small diced fruit pieces
   (add small amount of cream or water for a thinner dessert)

 

Body Balance Protein Pancakes
   (Breakfast, the most important meal of the day)

     »  2 eggs
     »  3 oz. cottage cheese
     »  1 tbs. butter
     »  10 rounded teaspoons Body Balance Soy Protein Pwdr
     »  vanilla extract or cinnamon (optional, to taste)
     »  adjust consistency with milk or water

Fry in butter over low heat.
Top with unsweetened jam or jelly

 

Body Balance Healthy Hot Chocolate
   (a soothing warm pick-me-up)

     »  7 oz. hot water
     »  1 oz. heavy cream
     »  4 rounded tsp. unsweetened Body Balance Protein Powder
     »  *1-2 tsp. flavored protein powder

Mix in blender and enjoy a warm drink on a cold winter day

     »  7 oz. water
     »  1 oz. cream
     »  5 rounded tsp. Body Balance Protein Powder
     »  1 rounded tsp. vanilla flavored protein
     »  Frozen fruit (1 lrg. strawberry, 1/4 banana, watermelon pieces,
           cantaloupe pieces etc...)

     »  1/2 cup Body Balance Soy Protein Powder
     »  3 eggs
     »  1/2 cup water
     »  salt (to taste)

Mix ingredients in a small bowl
Fry in buttered pan over medium heat

 

Body Balance No-carb Milk
   (milk without carbohydrates)

     »  7 oz. water
     »  1 oz. cream
     »  4 or more rounded teaspoons Body Balance Whey
          Protein Powder

For low-carb chocolate protein:
Same as above, but add 1 to 2 rounded teaspoons
